Do I need to be home during pickup?
It depends on the job. For simple pickups where items are accessible (driveway, curb, open garage), you may not need to be present. For interior work or property cleanouts, someone should be available. We'll coordinate this when scheduling.
What happens to my junk?
We sort items responsibly. Whenever possible, usable items are donated to local charities. Recyclable materials are recycled. The rest is disposed of properly at licensed facilities.
